Doubt about Perfectize Item

I drop a throne amulet and would like to make a sol mix, and in the future I intend to do the perfectize item process on it. If the item has the mix and I perfectize item, do I lose the mix? Or does it keep the mix just leaving the stats perfect in relation to the mix?

No, you won't lose the mix. You will lose the mix only when you swap it for rings.
