Since old pt there was a myth about charged PS: Since it turns on AoE, critical or forces will not count but it won't miss and hit in a line, but non charged it turns into a 1on1 skill, which should stack with forces and criticals, but it has a chance to miss...

Well technically any skill can miss, since the player can defend, evade or block the attack...
