Well, the teasers will slowly reveal parts of the upcoming instance, that first teaser is showing the new questline to unlock one of the new instance feature.

The dungeon will be released for everyone, but to have a certain function within it, will it require this quest, right?

I went to talk to the Cursed Temple Guardian. His quest The Curse (120 party quest) talks about Fury being locked inside the temple and releasing a curse inside it.
Since Force Master and the temple guardian are talking, could it be that the "curse" is causing the other person to be on the ground?
