I agree when you say that the lotto system needs to be reviewed. But it seems to me to be very personal when you only show screenshots of one player, when this player is from a rival clan. There were times when people from your clan won the most expensive items that came out in the roll on the same boss, why didn't you also take screenshots of these to serve as a basis for your "impersonal" opinion?

 

 

My opinion on the issue is that everything can be improved, and that if only one person wins, it should be investigated. But "impersonal" opinions with an accusatory tone should be ignored.

Why not use the system where whoever gets the highest number in the roll will win the prize? This would make the rolls more transparent to the community players.
