Loot Lotto system review

Hi everyone,

 

I have noticed for a long time that the same people always get the most important drops from the bosses in this Loot Lotto system. I am a programmer and I know that there are several ways to program a random draw system and I know that depending on how this system is done, it is susceptible to abuse.

 

I am not here to accuse anyone or criticize the system, I am just asking the Wartale development team to run tests to see if there is any kind of flaw in the system, bug or something like that, that can be foreseen, or some pattern that can be noticed.

 

There is also the possibility, I am not saying that this is what happens, but is there no possibility that some hack can know which ticket will be the winning one, or the correct timing to click the "Roll" button?

 

I am just raising this series of possibilities and asking the team to review this system, because for a long time I have observed that the same people always get the most important items from the bosses, while others go years without winning anything in the Loot Lotto. I no longer believe that it is just luck.

 

The man of the moment is the player "_FuNNy", I've noticed that he's been winning countless rolls of very expensive items, including in the last 3 days, he won something around 70kc from drops in Uppruni and Centlon's Loot Lotto.

Again, I'm not questioning how it works, I'm not asking for changes, I'm just asking the development team to review the system, run tests and see if there's any possible flaw, pattern or loophole for possible external programs.

 

Always the same.. It can't just be luck.

In my opinion, I believe it's just luck. The "man of the moment," as you mentioned, changes all the time. We've seen many lucky people in the game, and the difference is that we always see Funny at every boss. Since I’m also a programmer, I believe the system is playe reliable because you get a random number, and the system draws one of those items from the list. The difference is that instead of whining on the forum, the guy is constantly doing bosses. I do them at various times, and I always see him there. I think if the admins should be concerned about anything, it’s the players who practically do bosses alone. Many days we have to go to Greedy because a single character with 30 accounts is killing the boss alone, and that is a real problem.

Nothing personal against you, my friend, as I said, you're just the "man of the moment". I didn't accuse you of anything either, I'm just raising possibilities. I've been playing this game for over 10 years and ever since I discovered this Loot Roll, there are always those that always drop.

I find it strange, I don't know what could be happening. Going to boss from 5 in the morning to 11 at night is something we've been doing for years, that doesn't explain anything. But _Funny, you really don't think it's VERY lucky? lol if it were me in your place I'd be like this -Seriously? Are you kidding me?- lol
