Contacting staff

Is it possible to contact the staff directly, without having to post something on the forums for everyone to see? 

For example through a ticket or e-mail? 

I'm sorry if this is a dumb question, I'm a relatively new player here.

We only provide support via forum where HOW TO Guide is followed.

Only Bug and Recovery sections are public, everything else are private which only you can see your post.

 

We are doing this because:

- If one of us on leave, other can take over.

- Bug and Item lost sections are public so it can be a learning experience for other as well.
