Add Cosmetics to Profession tools

I think it would be interesting to add skins for mining/herbalism/fishing tools. Bring unique particles and lighting to the moment the tools are used (similar to the light from the lvl 10 pickaxe), in addition to reconciling this with the game's parties/events, such as snow or ice particles appearing on Christmas skins, or skulls on halloween.

This would bring another sector of commerce into the game - in the game's skins sector -, also in an area that I see is growing, which is ghaterer.
