Lost item during Aging... URGENT!

Hi GM/MOD/DEV/STAFF

i was aging my lvl 120 mirage sword on Athena in phillai on 07-11-2011 10:13pm (singapore timing) <--- Rough timing after i got DC-ed. i was aging the weapon from +4 to +5. as u know when u select [Tick] option to accept aging, the sheltoms in the trade box disappear 1 by 1. when all the sheltoms are destroyed, i got DC-ed and next moment when i log in, my sword is gone. apparently it's not the item BREAK from AGING cuz it's only from +4 to +5. i couldnt get a ScreenShot of it cuz the DC was too random and sudden. so i couldnt capture the stats of my sword. but definitely my sword when clean was 95-114 lvl/1. so GM kindly help me to restore my sword. (if can, make me a sword 96-114 lvl/1) pls =DDDDDDD. Thanks in advance.
