Halloween event is here but not GC ranking?

In previous years, we’ve had a Ghost Castle ranking event where the participant who completed the GC in the shortest time received a reward—last year, it was a donation roll for the winner. Could you let me know if we’ll have the same Ghost Castle event this year, or if it won’t be held?
