HIGH LEVEL FIST FOR MECH

Hi, i just bough a Ms and was testing the builds, saw that with the bs fist he got more tank, right?
bough a low level fist from Goden then respec it, i got it +ms no problems.
But when i do the same with a 142 fist its impossible to get +ms, did like 100 respecs, 99 got ns or bs and ONE i got +fs
Can someone help me with that so i can keep trying or forfeit?
What are the odds?

only mechanic gaunlet(lvl63) can have ms spec
u can use it to get more block, but none of ms skills can be used with fists

give up, it's a completely broken class, the only thing it's good for is to stand still and take hits, with no gameplay at all.
