Those screenshots contain words directed to the reporter's mother, and the guy is mocking about reporter's capacity of understanding Portuguese and challenging him to report, intending that nothing will happen.

 

That sounds like an offense to the inteligence of whoever will deal with that case, not even counting the words directed to family (wich is lame). That disrespect should be already enough to process the report. It's more than 1 or 2 silly words.
