Found it.  Its a Christmas event daily quest.... kill 150 santa goblins and get a "minion" mount.....

It is necessary to check the appearance rate of Santa Goblin on hunt maps. In cursed temple 3 I stayed for 40 minutes and only 3 Santa Goblins appeared. Friends of mine said that the appearance rate on higher level maps is very low too. If this continues, few people will be able to do the event quest,
since Santa on the up maps doesn't count

I noticed that they dont count in the XP maps.

 

Also, its not just a Xmas minions.  I found a rabie minion in the phil supply shop.  I assume there is a hopy one in the ric supply shop but I havent looked yet.  And you make paw gems in the phil crafter.

 

Theres a slot for a backpack and a collar.  I will be on the lookout for what it all comes out for.

In eb 1 appears every 2 hours, impossible to do this quest. They could increase the number of santa goblin on hunt maps where high lvl is.
Or they should let you hunt on any map

They should let them count in the XP maps.   They are still really slow to spawn there, one every 5 minutes about... but its still better than one every two hours.

I also think that no matter how high a level you are, they should count in your highest 3 hunt maps... so SL, SS, EB for anyone over 148.

 

If you cant reach EB it should be AW, SL, and SS

 

Cant reach SS then DI, AW, SL... you know what I mean.

 

At least let me count the santas when im doing the daily quests that are actually worth something to me.

Its an impossible quest so I do not have one.

 

But you can buy the rabie and hopy in the supply shops in town and they are just mini versions of themselves that follow you around (have no idea their function yet)

 

They wear a backpack (maybe it works like a caravan???) and a collar that holds paw gems.

 

I have no idea how to get the backpack.  Perhaps its a reward from instances or bosses.

 

You can make the collar in the ric crafter (havent done it yet) and the paw gems in the phil crafter (made those, but i cant put them in without the collar so i dont know the function yet).

 

Anyway.... if anyone can get to that before I do, please let us know your discoveries.

last event, rewards are bound on character. but this event is repeatable and they can sell them. Just make someone, who is farming on EB richer and richer.

No. This Father Christmas quest is linked to the char, there's nothing to get rich from, don't talk rubbish.

The reward doesnt say character bound but I think it probably still is.

 

I just think the admins really need to think about these quests though.  They put their time, money, and energy into creating these events that are almost completely impossible for the players, making them useless events and quests.  Like that terrible terrible chinese new year one.  Like why make that crazy awesome instance but make everything slow to spawn, drop, and character bound so that no one can even finish it.  I stopped wasting my time in there after about twenty minutes.

 

Make us something we can actually get done.  Make it possible.  Otherwise you are wasting your own time, money, and energy creating something worthless.

 

Also my friend is 162 KS, went the partied all day every day in EB during the Easter event, still only managed to get 98 bunnies before the event was over (I only got 20 because I solo EB), therefore not getting the bonnet.  For awhile I thought the quest would stay up, so you could continue with it next year and hopefully finish it but they cleared out the progress for that quest two mx updates ago.  Its extremely frustrating.
