Tornado Vs Extreme Rage

I have an Atlanta lvl 108 atm and my lvl 10 Tornado skill does more damage than my Extreme Rage lvl10. My atk power full buff with Devine force is 4xx-5xx, which takes me about 22 Extreme rage to kill 1 mob in md3. On the other hand tornado takes about 15. -.-`.  I just want to know what if I am doing anything wrong because it seems a spark mech does the SAME damage as me. I got full 106 items. My skills are throwing mastery lvl10, tornado lvl10, xtreme rage lvl10, Vengenace lvl4, griffin lvl 10, Javelin Mastery lvl 3. Just wonderying why my atlanta mob skills are so horrible..

 

P.S Extreme Rage says Damage Boost 140% is that my total damage or JUST my weapon damage? I mean vengenance lvl 4 does more damage than extreme rage so I am assuming right now Vengenace = total damage boost while ATA's aoe = Weapon damage boost.
