Current SS skill points?

Returning SS player here, I saw many skill changes in the past patches, can you guys update me on how to distribute SP now?

Yes. But if you want range 1v1 for boss killing use Dark Wave though it has slow animation unlike Scratch.

Since my Shaman is low level and has few skill points, I must choose between Dark Wave or Scratch.

 

Is Spiritual Flare the main area-of-effect skill? I don't know if I'm mistaken, but I remember Phantom Nail being used for that purpose in the past.

What would you do if you were level 120 and had few points to distribute in a PvE build? (60 for tier 1-3, 31 for tier 4 and 21 for tier 5)

go with Phantom Nail more faster to cast and wider area. 

 

Use points in buff skills first.
