cant teleport while "in battle"

Is this a glitch or because of the dynasty event?

 

We should be able to teleport out of something while we are being attacked.... like if we get stuck on a tree or something.... why all of a sudden cant we teleport while we are "in battle"?  This a glitch/bug?  It started after maintenance.

People complained about others abusing cores in PvP, and GM implemented this.

 

But it doesn't have to work that way if you have warmode disabled.

Ahhhh that makes sense.  Well dang it.  I go in war mode for the xp/drop boost... not because I want to PVP.  Well thanks for that info.

Soooooo I was not in warmode and you still cant teleport out of a map while you are "in battle" which is absolutely ridiculous.  You are considered in battle when something is hitting you and you are not hitting them.  Cant teleport out of an XP map to save your life!  Cant teleport if you are stuck on a tree and mob is hitting you.  This needs to be changed.  Im wasting time running around a map trying to get away from mob so that I can teleport back to town.
