Fishing Ranking Question

Hello everyone, good morning! I have a question about the fishing and fish ranking. To get the badge next to the character's picture (like in the screenshot), do I need to have caught the biggest and longest fish of each type during the season, or is it based on the largest fish ever caught since the beginning? Or is this ranking related to the total number of fish collected by the character?

Its based on highest numbers of type of fish u catch.

But is there any npc or place to check who is the top fisherman for each fish and the amount they have caught? It's a bit difficult to understand when there isn't much information about it 😞  @Overlady @Support

No. but u can check how many fish u catch on each type from Fishing Scoreboard
