Questions regarding gems and sockets

Hi I have 2 questions regarding sockets and gems that I am unsure of and referring to the guide does not give me a confirmed answer.

 

1.) Is there any way to safely remove a gem from a weapon/armor without destroying it? I remember in EPT there is a cash shop item allow you to do so and reuse the gem on other weapon/armor.

 

2.) Supposed I install a gem on a weapon that is not +24 and went ahead to age it and broke it would I get back my weapon AND the same gem via coin shop recovery? I am asking this as I noticed most (if not all) weapons and armor sold in the market that are not +24 does not come with a gem installed although you technically could which lead me to think you could lose the gem if you broke it even with coin shop recovery.

1. No. There is no way 

 

 

2. I believe yes. Because anything you broke you can recover it as is it was exactly before breaking.  Just dont swap the item through coin shop to another item that cannot have gem ie shield and orb.
