This is the only "Priston" that has thousands of active players, 24 hours a day, movement everywhere within the game, money moving within the game and in the bank accounts of the administrators and in their cryptocurrencies.

 

And even so, it is disrespectful to us who are players here, I myself have been following this game since December 13, 2012. When I created the account on this Forum.

There is a lack of communication from the Support Team, both the administrators.

 

We need more humanized support.

 

When they do give an answer, it seems like ready-made texts.

 

We don't even want to go into detail about the Game Development Plan, right?

Anyway, they need to take better care of this server, because despite all the difficulties, we are still here fighting for improvements.

I have posted before on communication, there was actually a short improvement on responses but it quickly faded.

Let’s look at two hypothesis:

 

Maybe the limited staff is just so busy working on what is coming next.

 

Maybe they all retired from the server and it will just slowly fade away.

 

The absurd is that we are able to think about these two hypothesis, because there is no clear information to guide us in any direction.

 

I recognize we probably don’t praise the staff enough for the server.

This is still technically the best Wartale without a doubt. The networking, graphics, physics, and so many other features that got updated are amazing.

 
And I’m sure every content that gets released comes with tremendous quality, but lack of communication can still hinder a lot of the experience from the player base.

 

The Brazilian official server has got to be one of the worst servers technically, its pay to win mechanics are abysmal, but it has more players and income than all private servers because they can communicate and attract players to it.

 

I know we will forget all the criticism for a while after the new update comes, but please look into this. There is more to an active MMORPG than just the technical resources it has.

That is why tibia is still played by a HUGE player base. This is why we still play Priston.

Our community needs answers! No one on the staff team is listening to us. The game is going down, we are supplicating here with a lot of suggestions and reporting bugs in the game and the staff ignore us, only answer what is good to them.

Thats why I appreciate so much that other mobile games are giving announcement that they are going to have event so prepare to take a day off or something. Because honestly, most of us here are grown ass men who go to work
