That was before some people started *****ing and trying to make it seem like support was biased towards specific players and/or clans, which led to support deciding to not get involved anymore.

 

Now we have to deal with this kind of behavior and be extra careful, because people can’t act their age (20-40) and instead act like 8 year old kids would.

In the previous incidents involving Lkey and Jera, the "double standards" were obvious, and this is clearly the responsibility of the game operators rather than the players. We cannot completely overlook the operators' inaction just because some players have directed the content toward conflicts between clans. You may have forgotten that you are a consumer and have the right to make certain demands of the business. Of course, I don't want to criticize the operators too much here and risk unnecessary penalties, as it's not worth it to me.

if you right click buy something will the "pop-up confirmation window" still show up? or only if you left click buy something?????

We've been sharing ideas to improve the game, but I guess doing nothing is just the more convenient option.

Right-click exists to bypass the confirmation box. This is intended, letting you purchase items quicker. Use left-click if you want to be careful and get a confirmation box.
