if you found an account that you might want to buy you can bid on it. if that  seller  likes your offer you can buy it from  him or her for 3000 coins...

So like if I gave him the coins that he wanted and he doesn't give me the account do I get help from the GM's? and what if he changed the pass of that account?? GM's support this or they dont?

Yeah you can get help from GMs if he does not give you the account- take screen shots of the  deal and report him

 

telling them you've been scammed
