question about moon hunter

Im a newbie, so please someone explain to me how moon hunting work for party. IF Member A has moon hunter, Member B and C don't have 1, does the whole party get the same exp when they kill moon monster ? or just the one with moon hunter get the exp ? Thank you

just if you active in all ppl in group , if one char not have moon active, not recevied exp 

char for recevied exp , need moon active too . for exp and  drops too
