The investigation is completed.

• This seller sold it to @isarafaela12345 on forum without the +24 shield. However, the buyer did not want to report, it was his mistake for not checking and also seller mistake to use the SS from previous owner to sell.
• @isarafaela12345 then sold this account to @TigerBZ via PM in game where buyer think he bought it from this topic. This is also a buyer mistake for not confirming thing before buying.

 

Since the topic owner did not sell this acc directly to @TigerBZ as this has been verified via server log, this case is now closed.
