Build Mech Pure/only tanker

can anyone tell me a build like this?

 

My biggest question is whether use "block shield" or "spark shield"

use spark shield helps ALOT more than extreme shield. UNLESS you are lvl 125+ with +20 shield if you are you probably want extreme shield.

Yeah, Spark Shield is probably the way to go when you're leveling at least. You'll have so much absorb with PA/MA that you won't be taking any noticeable amount of damage anyway, so what difference does it make if you take a smaller percent of 0? How effective Spark Shield is is up for debate, but it's better than nothing.
