Spark Shield

Spark shield is bugged, but how bugged is it? in small mobs, i don't really notice spark shield reflecting damage back onto monsters that i block.

Supposedly, it reflects damage only on a successful block, and the damage it reflects is only the static part of Spark, not the whole level-based damage bonus as well.
