Lets Talk about Obesity

Recommended Posts

(◕﹏◕✿)

Obesity is a significant risk factor for cardiovascular diseases, including acute myocardial infarction (heart attack). This happens because excess body fat—especially visceral fat (accumulated around the abdomen)—directly affects how the cardiovascular system functions in several ways.

People with obesity often have higher levels of LDL cholesterol ("bad" cholesterol) and triglycerides, along with lower levels of HDL cholesterol ("good" cholesterol), which promotes the buildup of fatty plaques in the arteries—a process known as atherosclerosis. These plaques can partially or completely block blood flow to the heart, leading to a heart attack.

In addition, obesity is strongly associated with high blood pressure and insulin resistance, which can develop into type 2 diabetes—both of which are factors that increase the risk of serious cardiac events.

Another important point is that excess weight puts additional strain on the heart, which has to work harder to pump blood throughout the body. Over time, this can lead to weakening or damage of the heart muscle.

In summary, obesity contributes to the development of several conditions that, combined, significantly raise the risk of a heart attack. Therefore, maintaining a healthy weight through a balanced diet and regular physical activity is essential for heart health.

Bro, this is not funny

Everyone knows this is to take advantage and make fun of my heart problem, but that's not cool.

Don't make jokes about these things, everyone can see your friends reacting to the post and creating a fuss, aaa Balak keeps creating topics with "lets talk About"

I don't disrespect you, I don't root for your misfortune, and much less do I take advantage of a bad health condition that you have, I'm not happy about being fat, and much less about having a heart attack, it's a shame that this makes you happy, it only reinforces my certainty that leaving the clan you're in was the best thing to do.

Don't play with these things, you don't know your future.

Ok so let's talk about health problems!

many, many years ago you told you had lung cancer. i believed it and then you and your friends made hard jokes on me about it, saying i was stupid cuz believed it.

i don't know if your heart sh't did in fact happen or not, either ways it's a lie once again or in case it's true then i hope it served as a lesson.

in fact you are the one who should follow your own isntruction, "do not play with serious problems and health stuff"...

This one is playe important, cuz High sugar levels on blood might result in dementia.

Your blood turn acid when you have insulin resistence which cause severe damage to nervous system ( reason why ppl w/ diabetes have reduced sensitivite and also can go blind due to corrosion of nerves)

Recent studies show that just being at pre-diabete level might result in permanent brain damage.
