everything i watch is super old content outdated, or nothing in english im level 98 brawler , and thinking to swap classes or have no idea what to do above level 100? 

also communities give a level 150 limit to join a clan. whats going on here lol?

Hello, once you press Q you will see the Quest Book, you can use it as a way to guide into the daily and solo quests, which are a good way to level up. There is not a level requirement to join clans in general, but note some clans does have it.

There are guides on the website, and as L said, pressing Q gives you quest guides that can help you level up.
To search for a clan, try using the in-game chat. There are always clans that accept lower levels and help you get started.
