I don't know what's your level or available status, but in a general way I would recommend 
Tier 1-3:
Throwing Mastery
Triumph of Valhalla

Windy
Soul Sucker
Fire Javelin
Split Javelin
Shield Strike

 

Tier 4:

Extreme Rage

Hall of Valhalla

Vengeance

Frost Javelin

 

Tier 5:

Poison Jav

Amazon Rage

Javelin Mastery

Chimera

 

It all deppends on ur play style. You can always switch back or change something that makes u more comfortable, so do ur own tests. Also, i'm not a pro Ata player, so this right here may not help u very well, it's just the way I would normally play. Have fun! (=
