I know it isn't started yet. I want to know if it is announced or decided yet.

Better question is there any difference between the Christmas event and halloween one? Aside instead of a jack spirit it's a hob Santa, and instead of candies it's gift boxes. Or are all major event are rip off version of each others,boring.
