All most used NPC's are at ricarten, the event NPC's are at ricarten, so people don't go to pillai...

cuz ricarten have a huge open space for shops ans pillai is too messy

ric has always been the main town because thats what the original players were accustomed to back in pre aor before morion's even existed lol....so even after morions were introduced, people just automatically migrated to ric for selling and stuff because the majority of the market existed with tempskron players whom had alrdy developed the economy :3

and please dont make pillai to crowded with people its a bad luck for me, i age items when no one is around in pillai and so far i havent experienced de-aged or break beacause of that habit,
