ya the ring was a bit of a pain but was worth it

 

I cut out the KS from the background and then separated the sword and ring to add details and a nice glow

 

The text i think needs an effect and i will add it  for Demeron soon

I dont use the pen tool, I zoom in as close as I can and use the eraser to cut out 1 pixel at at time

It takes waaayyyyy longer to do but I get a perfect cut out every time
