I like the Fighter, For the skills of Tier 5 of it will be one of the strongest.

mage and its not close.  Imo everyone should have a mage no matter what you primary char is.  Mages make money like crazy and they are so easy to play its not even fun, but if your in a bind and need some money, you can just go jump on your 9x to 10x mage and go make some quick cash in sod.  Its a great backup char to have and a very good first char if your just starting out imo.
