Lost Island is the only place Bloody Knights spawn, they just don't spawn very often. You just have to keep looking or killing till you get one to spawn.

1 & 2 went really quick

 

3 took forever it seemed i think i was on it about 4 hrs..lol

 

4 i got on 2nd bloody knight after a while of killing in a small spawn

 

5 took about 20 minutes.. about 15 mokov
