Witch/Mage hat gives +15 mp regen

Pumpkin hat gives +10 abs

 

What shuld this santa hat give?

Hp regen is useless imo, same for stam regen. Anything else?  5% evade for 3 hrs? 5% blck for 3 hrs?

idk about xp up cause it might be too quick to be very beneficial (guess it couldn't hurt though), but the 3rd eye idea sounds pretty cool
