Serious question about Fighters.

Hi, so recently I've seen some random glitchy stuff happening.

My fighter who is level 123, cant even tank Oasis mobs.

sometimes he is perfectly fine.. but then randomly he just dies. from what it appears like fire dmg. 

 

Is this happening to anyone else?
