mLiink 42 Posted Thursday at 02:27 AM (edited) This is not a marketing related post, just bringing my case in order to help people.Your mileage may vary. Hey everyone, the game has been unstable for some people with random disconnects and weird ping spikes lately. After some testing, I found something free that helped me its called Cloudeflare WARP WARP basically routes your connection through Cloudflare’s network. It’s not a “real” VPN, it doesn’t change your region or hide you, it just sends your traffic through Cloudflare’s backbone, which sometimes takes a faster or more stable route to the game server. If your ISP has a bad hop or unstable route, WARP can help bypass it. Guide Download 1.1.1.1 from the official Cloudflare site just click on Windows icon. Install and open it. Press the big button to turn on WARP (not DNS-only mode). Launch your game and see if the disconnects or ping spikes get better. My Results After turning WARP on, my connection stopped dropping mid game but the ping is unstable. I do not recomend you to use it all the time, it cuts down your connection speed, and sometimes makes your ping higher, just turn it on as soon as you notice the instability happening, you can turn the software ON and OFF just by clicking in the big orange button. If you are mid game just use the /RC command in game. without need to completely relog. DestShot 34 Posted Thursday at 12:00 PM Very cool! For those playing in Brazil, I can add some important information about this: There are two main international routes between Brazil and Europe: - EllaLink, a direct submarine cable Brazil–Portugal with ~100–130 ms latency. - U.S. transit routes, which go Brazil → USA → Europe, adding 70–100 ms delay but costing less. Many ISPs prefer the U.S. route because it’s cheaper or already included in their upstream contracts. The game server is hosted in France, but my connection is being routed through the U.S., causing high ping (200 ms+) and lag. Everyone here probably has a similar problem. Try it out, use the "cmd" command on your computer and "tracert" to the game server's IP address, and you'll see that this is what's happening: This route has a much higher probability of packet loss, causing the problem we're experiencing today. So, after all this, what can we do? What I did was call my internet provider and request that the preferred route be changed for that specific IP, asking them to use the route via EllaLink. In my case they changed it, and I'm having a much better experience in the game. If your internet provider does not have access to this route or does not allow this change, you can also try using the NoPing app, they have a partnership with EllaLink. I tested it before changing the route and it worked great. 5

quali123 32 Posted Friday at 01:34 AM Hello Support , I have performed all the necessary troubleshooting steps to resolve my connection issue. Specifically, I applied the following DNS reset commands: ipconfig /flushdns ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew In addition, I tested different routes using ExitLag (both with and without it). The issue occurred during a boss fight, where I lost connection and, since then, I have been unable to log back into the server. Despite completing all the recommended procedures, the connection still fails to establish. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Have you tried the Warp solution? tried Logout from https://wartale.com/game-account/ ? if so, maybe you should open a request topic.
