YARDBR 263 Posted October 30 Hi everyone, how are you? In my opinion, this topic deserves support. You provided support for MERENDA on a bugged event item and returned the player's 5kc's. This was definitely a clear mistake, and the item should be returned to the player in my humble opinion. We need to treat players more fairly and ensure that no one is disadvantaged by game mechanics. Our team was a bit confused when you simply didn't support our player, even though similar situations have been resolved by support before.
