Hello, team.

I’d like to leave some honest feedback regarding this year’s Black Friday. I know managing a server isn’t easy and unexpected issues happen, but it’s surprising to see the current “event” offering smaller discounts than previous years while the game has been dealing with severe lag for months, with no meaningful fixes, no new events, and no updates for over a year.

I’m not here to insult anyone, just to point out how the lack of delivery and clear communication is harming the community’s trust. Many of us continue supporting the game because we genuinely enjoy it, but it’s difficult when it feels like the server has been on autopilot for a long time.

It would be great to see more attention, transparency, and effort that matches the support players consistently give.

For years there have always been good discounts on Black Friday. I confess it was playe disappointing. I believe I'm not the only one who feels this way, as is evident here, to see only 20% off most services. I hope the administrators reconsider and do something Better.
