Where to find Moon hunter

I have played for 1 month and earned gold from Moon Hunting
But i have used almost all of it and i don't see anyone selling it or very expensive price. Someone said that it will be sold ingame on special event
So what event can i buy it and when will it happen ?

If it’s like Black Friday it will be expensive too. Since there aren’t many events these days maybe better to buy them.
