Crying Angels quest

Hi, may I know how to complete this quest? I took it concurrently with daily quest in EB but I did not get a single "divine water" after finishing my daily quest. I addition I have totally no idea how to "revitalize 6 Archangels".

Defeat the monsters in the lake area and then bring the water to the angels that appear on the map.

Thanks! Did not know need to hunt monster at a specific area.
