The Christmas event description mentions the snow deer mount event.
The deer event description includes:"January 1st and 2nd: The price of Capture Crystal is reduced at Huntress (NPC)." 
However, I haven't seen any discount yet.

Apparently the stupid event never updated the terms from when I talked to a GM about it.  Those rules only applied the very 1st time the event happened years ago.  So the mount while it said tradeable  was indeed NOT tradeable.  And the discount doesn't exist either.  Honestly pretty careless to just copy n pasta the event words without updating the changes IMO. If it were a legit game they would be crucified for it.
