where can i buy 60+ items?

I'm a beginner and I bought a level 60 item from Nabisco. I'm now level 70, where can I buy items over 60?

You can drop it in ice map, or buy in atlantis town.

Level 60 items can be purchased in Navisko. 

 

65 ~ 80 in Atlantis, while 84 ~ 100 in Battle Town
