Help with Skills ATA lv 120

I've been looking at some builds, and they all focus on high levels, which isn't my case.

I'm level 120 and have 60 points for tiers 1-3, Throwing Mastery, Windy, and Triumph of Valhalla are already level 10.

 

I plan to play only PvE, and I don't know which skills I should level up in tiers 1-3 anymore. I see some people recommending Split Javelin and Fire Javelin, and I really don't know if both are necessary, just as I don't know what the ATA's 1v1 skill.

And in my ignorance, I don't see how Soul Sucker and Shield Strike could be useful to my play style.
