How strong are the items sold in the coin shop?

I’m a new player who just reached level 90. Progressing has started to feel pretty tough, so I’m curious about trying some powerful items.

About 10 years ago, on other private servers, I remember overpower item that had attack speed, movement speed, HP, MP, SP etc all in a single ring.

buyt on Wartale, it doesn’t seem like items like that exist. Is that correct?

Also, when it comes to the ring and amulet sets sold in the coin shop, buying them as a package requires at least €75. I’m not sure if they’re really worth that price.
Are these level 100 accessories absolutely top-tier items, or are they just decent but not amazing?
