It's 100% normal.

If you consider that the event has been extended until March 8th, one could assume that the maintenance will be completed today.

But I'm just speculating.

so no one gets so impatient. 
It would be fair if the staff said

So far BS lost -2% block on the buff. I believe BS probably got more nerfs; otherwise, I recommend everyone switch to BS.

 

After all, if 100% of the server plays BS, the game will finally be perfectly balanced.

There's a nerf that affected all characters with resistances, but wasn't BS's resistance one of the best for PvP?

The skill list is probably not updating while the server is under maintenance (I hope so).

They tried that once.  And when the server didnt come back when they said it would because the update took longer to work out than anticipated, people were unforgiving so they said never again.  It comes back when it comes back, you just have to live your life in the meantime.

I agree, they spent months bothering the guys asking for updates, and now that it's finally happening they're nagging them to come back quickly. Find something to do and wait for the staff to finish the maintenance.

I think the server is not the main employment source of all members of the team, so it makes sense for them to work on it during the weekends when they can put more time and effort. I'm just glad we are getting some updates, and from the things that we were able to see so far, they look really good.

 

We waited for too long for changes, just let them work and do a good job at it before we are able to get in. I rather it takes a few extra hours/days than rushing into it and having a lot of bugs that they need to take the server down and fix when we go back to playing.

 

If you are very anxious, take a look at the files that were modified when you updated the game and the new hints and tips that were already updated in the wartale website, that should keep you busy imagining what is to come ^^
