No level for level UP for 100

Remove level restriction to help beginner players reach level 100.

I’d argue that; from lvl 0 to lvl 100, right now, it’s not that hard. And imo this period is also a good time to play around and get used to how your character works, as well. 
 

From lvl 100 (or 105/110) onwards is a completely different story.
That’s when the new players actually need more support to gain exp faster. Daily Q and grinding in EXP maps only, take lots of time to lvl up. And also it depends on which char you’re playing as well. If you’re Ms or Ks; playing solo is fine. MG/SS/PRS? - some say they can tank fine; but I couldn’t - without fully-mixed gears - which isn’t very newbie-friendly. 

And obviously new players, without donating, cannot possibly have resources to grind a lot of DGs at this stage. 
And we don’t seem to have enough people around from lvl110 to 130/140 (?) to make party quests work anymore.
