"Loot pickup is now more accurate"... Is it really?

Hello gaming brothers. In the latest update, they added a change described as "Loot collection is now more precise." It's a subtle change, but honestly, for me, it now makes it harder to click on the item, pick it up, and even to send a trade or party to a teammate who's surrounded by drops/monsters. That's why I'm asking if you also think this change has worsened the looting/clicking experience.

It also took me some time to realize this. It's actually a bit sad that they "improve" something that was normal, perfect, and simple, and now it causes discomfort...

P.S. Perhaps later we'll talk about how you can now also collect loot with the right-click. So you're calmly killing enemies using your RIGHT-CLICK, RIGHT-CLICK, RIGHT-CLICK, RIGHT-CLICK and 1 hour later you realize your inventory is full of junk

For drops with flags is better now (can click on flag ant pick up), but for normal loots, like pots etc, without flags is worst than before

Yes and no. If you have flags for something that you don’t want to pick up at this time, it blocks the other items in floor. 
For example, the flag files that I use highlights Ruah Robe and inferno items, but I don’t really want to pick them up, now if I have a few of them on the ground it’s very hard not to click them.

For pots it can be annoying because their model is so small, especially if you play zoomed out.

Honestly, I also wouldn’t mind a setting to only allow picking up items when you have the “A” key pressed or locked to show item names in the ground.

 

Like a reverse of the current lock, meaning you can’t target items until you activate the “show item names” key or lock.
