what does it do?

in some server it adds % to your skills, i dunno if it does the same thing here.

% of what? power? range? critical? speed?

 

so if i use VB, does it increase atk pow? what if i use extinction? does it increase HP lost of mob?

no, % when training your skills, it gives 30% more on skill training, i can't explain clearly sorry.

Magic APT was use on the "normal" server to help training skill.

 

For example when you just have a new skill, it's 10% trained, with a magic APT 13 weapon for example, the % is upgraded to +/- 15%, which allow you to train faster your skill until 100%

 

Since no one train skill on this server, it's kind of useless because when you have a skill at 100%, having Magic APT 13 is totally useless...
