HI is the games still on maintenance?

The website say the server is online, but everytime i click the launcher it claims its still in maintenance.

The team was working, but unfortunately, as always, they didn't explain anything that was done.
This team used to be better; back then, they were more transparent—after every maintenance session, we'd know what was going on in less than an hour, and there were no riddles or mysteries.

yes.. i was able to connect, run my char for few seconds then was disconnected.

Why is it so difficult to tell us what is being done and how long it will take? Sad.
