Hawaii2 661 Posted July 19 We should also consider creating a Hall of Shame table to highlight particularly toxic behavior, with clear and objective criteria for how entries are ranked. +1 for this. That said, we're all human. Please be respectful and kind to everyone, even when providing criticism or feedback. 3 Share this post Link to post

During this time, I have noticed an increase in toxic behavior from some members of the community toward other players. I have played on other Priston Tale servers for several years and, throughout that time, I was never subjected to this kind of treatment. However, in less than two months on this server, I have already experienced two separate incidents involving unnecessary insults and harassment. The first incident occurred while I was mining with my Archer. Another player approached to mine the same ore, and I simply greeted him by saying, "Good morning, Jamon." Instead of responding politely, he immediately insulted me, using offensive and sexually explicit language. The second incident occurred today, July 19, 2026. I was buying Sheltoms when a player named Dark. sent me a private message offering one for 6kk. I politely asked whether he would be willing to sell them for 5kk each since I intended to purchase three units. Rather than simply declining my offer, he responded with offensive language, telling me to "go **** yourself" and calling me a "poor demon." I understand that disagreements and occasional rude behavior can happen in online games. However, I believe there is a clear difference between declining an offer or competing for resources and deliberately insulting another player without any provocation. I would like to ask the administration to consider whether this type of behavior reflects the standards the server wishes to maintain. A respectful community creates a much better environment for both new and returning players. I would also like to mention a personal concern. I play on my television through an HDMI connection, which means the in-game chat is displayed on a large screen. My wife, visiting friends, and sometimes children are able to see the chat while I am playing. I enjoy introducing people to Priston Tale and teaching them about the game, so having vulgar and offensive messages appear on the screen creates an unpleasant experience for everyone. I am not writing this message because I expect special treatment or because I cannot handle rude comments. Rather, I believe that maintaining a respectful community benefits everyone and contributes to a healthier and more welcoming environment for all players. Thank you for your time and for considering this report. I hope the team will continue working to promote a respectful and enjoyable community for everyone. aruchan 433 Posted September 1 (edited) so earlier... i was trying to sell my armor and gave a pretty nice discount but instead i got lectured by a lowballer with some incredibly smooth brain logic take. I kept it classy and just repeatedly told him we can agree to disagree. now someone with a very similar typing style and a mule...... and after flaming me, immediately went offline. So people get away with calling someone with foreign slurs using a mule? I think GMs would be able to easily check the IP address of the mules right? I should probably make this an official report for bad behavior right? Honestly I just came back to WT a month ago and I have met a lot of new amazing people and also made so many new friends. But people like this are so ****ing toxic they just ruin the game for other people. Worst still they just use mules to spam PMs then you end up having to disable DMs so you cant close deals. If such behavior is allowed, might as well delete the censors in this game. because the censors are only for english slurs. any other language is safe. 1 Share this post Link to post

Yea i have reported someone years ago and had was told the same. IMO if i have already blocked the user and he still repeatedly continues to pm me with mule accounts, it should be a muteable or bannable offence. There is no reason why i have to disable PMs because of one bloody clown. Share this post Link to post

Samael 2 Posted September 11 The player Jaks is an honest player and only made an offer related to the fair price of the item; there's no problem with that situation. He is an honest player of exemplary character; the other player wants a price above market value and reacted angrily to an offer and a negotiation. The laws of the free market, even within the game, should be applied cordially, and all negotiations are valid. 1 Share this post Link to post
mity 4 Posted September 11 I’ve traded with Jaks before, and he is an honest player. In fact, this character "Huka" doesn't even belong to him; based on the number of times we’ve traded, I can vouch for his absolute trustworthiness and honesty. 2 Share this post Link to post

Want to solve this? Put a price on the item and refuse to negotiate—that way, you avoid all the whining. The server has a huge market, with people selling items at every conceivable price point. If you aren't willing to accept offers or negotiate, it's better not to trade at all. Yet you insist on whining and complaining just because the guy wanted to negotiate the price of an item... What would it cost you to just block him and move on with your life? Jaks is a decent guy; he just made an offer, and you started crying. Please, go back to bed and cry there. It's just a game; stop taking it to heart. 2 Share this post Link to post

Good morning. I’ve known Jaks for years, and honestly, the behavior you mentioned doesn't sound like him at all. I think you might need to rethink your approach to negotiating. Jaks is a great guy and a skilled negotiator. 1 Share this post Link to post

I have traded with the player "Jaks" before, and he is also a personal friend of mine. I believe the attitude of this player, "Huka," does not reflect Jaks's character. It is likely not the same person. 1 Share this post Link to post

But people like this are so ****ing toxic they just ruin the game for other people. Worst still they just use mules to spam PMs then you end up having to disable DMs so you cant close deals. First point: it’s curious that when someone made you a seemingly good offer for the armor you’re trying to sell, an offer I saw you reject while trading insults, and which, from what I can see, you are still trying to sell, you could have simply said "no thanks" and ended the matter right there. Second point: Huka made you a seemingly good offer; in fact, in your own forum post, you stated that you would accept the 146+24+30 item the trade. Even so, you refused, called his item trash, and made an absurd counter-offer, demanding the 146+24+30 item *plus* 25kC for the armor you were advertising for 28kC. You constantly contradict yourself: you’re the one making absurd offers, trading insults, trying to play the "nice guy" on the forum, and accusing others of being something they aren't. Get your facts straight before making ridiculous posts like this, trying to badmouth players without even knowing who they are; and don't try to play the "nice guy," because that’s not what you are... you contradict yourself in everything you say. 1 Share this post Link to post
