Orb 124 15% ?

I tried to rp my orb many time but I cant get 15% only 14%. I wonder have anyone orb 124 with 15% block ? thanks

I guess it's like shields, 21% at shield is almost impossible, most of them are donated

Yes, its a waste of money  ;D I tried a lot with my shield too, but after all I cannot get 21% block of any class
